2. Service Description

EnglishCall.ai is an AI-powered English conversation practice platform. Users can practice English by making phone calls or sending WhatsApp messages to interact with our AI tutor.

The Service includes:

• AI-powered voice conversations via phone (+1-681-202-2898)
• WhatsApp-based voice message practice
• Session transcripts and progress tracking
• Usage statistics and practice reports

3. User Registration and Account

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide a valid phone number
• Verify your phone number via SMS verification code
• Be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. SMS Notifications

By providing your phone number and completing verification, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages including:

• Phone number verification codes (OTP)
• Account security and login notifications
• Practice session completion alerts
• Usage alerts when minutes are running low

Opt-Out: You may opt-out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message or texting STOP to +1-681-202-2898. Note that opting out may limit your ability to use certain Service features.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan.

5. Usage Minutes and Billing

The Service operates on a minute-based pricing model:

• Free Tier: 5 minutes per month
• Basic Plan: 30 minutes per month
• Pro Plan: 120 minutes per month

Minutes are deducted based on actual call duration, rounded up to the nearest minute. Unused minutes do not roll over to the next billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service
• Abuse, harass, or send inappropriate content to the AI
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by EnglishCall.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your practice session transcripts and recordings.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI responses will always be accurate or appropriate
• Your English skills will improve to a specific level
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENGLISHCALL.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Any reason at our sole discretion

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or ceasing to use the Service.
