1. SMS Service Description

EnglishCall.ai offers SMS notifications as part of our AI-powered English conversation practice service. By providing your phone number and completing verification, you consent to receive text messages from EnglishCall.ai at the phone number +1-681-202-2898.

2. Types of SMS Messages

You may receive the following types of transactional SMS messages:

Critical Notifications (Immediate):

  • Verification Codes: 6-digit OTP for phone number and login verification
  • Critical Usage Alerts: When you have 5 minutes or less remaining

Service Notifications:

  • Session Summaries: Brief summary after practice sessions (optional)
  • Usage Alerts: Notifications when practice time is running low
  • Account Updates: Important changes to your account or subscription

We DO NOT send marketing or promotional messages via SMS without separate explicit consent.

3. Opt-In Process

You provide consent to receive SMS messages when you:

Standard SMS fees charged by your mobile carrier will apply. EnglishCall.ai does not charge for SMS delivery, but your carrier's messaging plan rates will be applied.

Check with your mobile carrier for pricing details. If you have an unlimited messaging plan, SMS from EnglishCall.ai are typically included at no additional cost.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is supported on major US carriers including:

  • AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint
  • US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket
  • Metro PCS, Virgin Mobile
  • And most other US mobile carriers

8. SMS Commands
